I then recived an offer of $ 5,000.00 i except the offer but the buyer withdrawn his offer after i except the offer (It was called something like an incorrect amount entered should be $ 5,000 $ 5.00) I agree with that I realized that I have a $ 298.76 Final Value fees Paypal is paying me, but I never paid my $ 5,000.00 (ps this is my second point that I never sold on ebay).
