Hello everyone, This week, I recently posted a Buy It Now or Best Offer auction on Ebay (Paypal) for my signed Babe Ruth Baseball Card I posted in the purchase of $ 10,000. I then recived an offer of $ 5,000.00 i except the offer but the buyer withdrawn his offer after i except the offer (It was called something like an incorrect amount entered should be $ 5,000 $ 5.00) I agree with that I realized that I have a $ 298.76 Final Value fees Paypal is paying me, but I never paid my $ 5,000.00 (ps this is my second point that I never sold on ebay). I opened a center resolution of thing, but Paypal will not refund my money. ” Please let me know if it is a scam, or if it has happened to you, and how I get $ 300 BACK. THANK YOU to all:).
You must open If a cancel transaction with Ebay. If you go into the details of the transaction and click on solving a problem, you will be able to select to cancel the transaction. An email is then sent to the buyer by asking them to mutual agreement to cancel the transaction, once they agree, Final value fees you will be automatically delivered to you. The buyer has 7 days to cancel the transaction and if after seven days, they still did not cancel, you can then cancel the event on your own and your Final Value Fee will be automatically returned to you. Your dispute with Ebay, Paypal not. Paypal should not be charged something because you have not used their service no payment has been made.
